My Order ID : ORD098361835 is showing delivered, but but the same has not been delivered and falsely reported. Customer Support chat has given the Contact of MALEK ATTAUKKA RASULBHAI, to coordinate. But the concern person is tailing he is not handling the said delivery.

Grofers is really a chor company. Not at all advisable to purchage any item from them. It is full of glitches in its system – from taking order, payment gatway, delivery or refund. They even don’t have proper customer support. HOPELESS COMPANY.
The order has not yet been delivered which was placed on 21st Feb at 12:57pm. I am unable to track this order.
i have done the order my all grocery and make the payment but soundly my was filled and my account has been debit in my account , I’m traying your customer care number but your contact number or your helpline number is not working . please start your helpline number.

Delivery boy are very rude to costumer , every time you order there is product missing either there is damage product brought to us ,grofers team improve your packing system and ur staff, teach them to be in a professional manner ,ur offers and one day delivery is not important to us pls keep good staff at grofers ,worst experience at grofers
I placed order on 31/05/2021 ,order Id 102526339 . There were 11 items , only 10 items were supplied. One item is not supplied. either supply or refund money of same . I
I really appreciate the 24*7 toll free number and support that Grofers provides. It’s great to have such a responsive and helpful customer service team available when I need them.
