  5. I have a very bad experience with Grofers. Today my delivery ( ORD 01641536)At Mumbai, Bandra west was supposed to come from 5 pm to 8 pm. I am at home since 4 pm but I have not received it till 8.50
    All the no given on website are not working.
    Few months back I got a delivery of Chole with insects. For which I tweeted. They apologised me.

  17. My items were supposed to deliver today 23.03.2020 and considering the situation I called up your customer care & they assured that the order will be delivered in scheduled time. Now they are re scheduling the delivery time to 31.03.2020; Now the logged down is started in Kolkata. They intentionally put me in trouble. If they confirm their status yesterday when called them I would have arrange the items from local or from Big basket. It seems their unprofessional attitude and lack of seriousness towards customer.

I had ordered (Order ID ORD004309292) some House Hold Groceries items on 18.03.2020, and the items has to be delivered on 23.03.2020 in the time slot of 0600 Hrs. to 0900 Hrs. by the evening it shows that your items are on the way and it will be delivered today by the evening, unfortunately yetnow i had not received the items.
    i am very much fed-up and unsatisfied with the delivery system of the Grofers……

We have cancelled both the orders on same day.The amount of Rs 4260and Rs 5928 has been deducted on the same time when we placed the order.I have not received my full refund yet from both orders which we have cancelled. When we mark the complaint in chat box but not any proper sollution is getting . All the no. given on website are not working .   29. My Order ID : ORD098361835 is showing delivered, but but the same has not been delivered and falsely reported. Customer Support chat has given the Contact of MALEK ATTAUKKA RASULBHAI, to coordinate. But the concern person is tailing he is not handling the said delivery.

    Is the company or their staff are making fraud in lock-down situation??

  47. My oeder was placed on 24th aug at the same time I paid 1055 for my order ORD927252092 and i got my products deliverd on 26th. The first thing you delivery boy was charging me to psy again when i told thdn he convinced. But on 27 th thd same amount 1055 again deducted from account. Don’t make any purchase on this website….Every month I have used to order my monthly Rasan by this but this month I have received fake eggs I have done all test on this and this all test indicated that all eggs are fake…I tried to contact them via given toll free no.
